FAQ

  1. Can the package be shared?

    At this time, our packages are linked to individual patient profiles, and cannot be shared. However, we offer both a 10-pack and a 5-pack to accommodate different needs and treatment goals.

  2. Does the package have an expiration date?
    Yes, the package expires 1 year from the date of purchase.

  3. Is the initial session included in the packages?

    Yes, the initial session is included in the packages.

  4. Are package refundable?
    Yes, packages are refundable. However, refunds will be calculated based on the standard per-session rate for sessions already used. Please note that the initial session fee, which is higher than follow-up session rates, will be applied if your first visit was included in the package.

  5. Can I use a package for acupuncture, massage or physical therapy?
    At this time, packages cannot be used across different services. Due to system limitations, each package is specific to one type of service.

  6. How do I track my remaining sessions?
    You can log in to the Jane Client Portal to view your package details, including the total number of sessions, sessions used, remaining credits, and expiration date. The clinic will also keep a record of your used and remaining sessions, and you can inquire about your balance at any time.

  7. What happens if I cancel an appointment booked with a package session?
    The same cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to package sessions. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not count as a used session. However, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being deducted from your package.

  8. Can I transfer my unused sessions if I decide to stop coming?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer package sessions. In this case, a refund would be the best option.

  9. What payment methods can I use to purchase a package?
    Packages can be purchased using cash, credit/debit cards, or HSA/FSA accounts.
