FAQ
Can care plans be shared?
No. Care plans are for individual use and cannot be shared or transferred.Do care plans have an expiration date?
Yes. Care plans expire 1 year from the date of purchase.Is the initial acupuncture visit included in a care plan?
No. The Initial Evaluation & Treatment is billed separately. Acupuncture care plans apply to follow-up treatments only.Are care plans refundable?
Yes. Unused treatments are refundable. Any treatments already used will be recalculated at the standard rate, and any applicable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.Can I use a care plan across different services?
No. Care plans are specific to the service for which they were purchased and cannot be used across different services.How do I track my remaining treatments?
You can log in to the Jane Client Portal to view your care plan details, including treatments used, remaining treatments, and expiration date. You can also contact the clinic at any time to check your balance.What happens if I cancel an appointment booked with a care plan?
Our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not use a treatment from your care plan. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a treatment being deducted.What payment methods can I use to purchase a care plan?
Care plans can be purchased using cash, Zelle, or credit/debit card.Can I use HSA or FSA for a care plan?
HSA/FSA can generally be used for acupuncture. HSA/FSA may also be used for massage when it is treating a specific medical condition. However, HSA/FSA rules may vary for services already received — versus services paid for in advance but not yet received. Please confirm with your HSA/FSA administrator before purchasing a care plan. We can provide receipts or documentation if needed.
