Q: How long does insurance verification take?
A: We typically complete verifications within 2–3 business days, but it may take longer during busy periods. You’ll receive an update from us as soon as your benefits are confirmed.
Q: Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
A: Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for qualifying services.
Q: Can I start treatment before my insurance is verified?
A: Yes. If you’d like to receive treatment before your insurance is verified, we ask that you pay at the time of service. Once we’ve confirmed your out-of-network benefits — and if your plan covers the service and your deductible has been met — we can bill insurance retroactively and apply your payment toward your copay or issue a refund if appropriate.
Q: Are there insurance plans you don’t work with?
A: Yes. We currently do not work with Cigna or Emblem Health. If your plan isn’t one we work with, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
