24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
When you make an appointment with us, that time is held exclusively for you - no one else can book that time, and the therapist cannot see another patient. Because of this, we ask that all patients give us at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment for cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Missed Appointments
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and appointment changes. Late cancellations, late rescheduling, or missed appointments will be charged the full out-of-pocket rate for the scheduled service.
This policy also applies to patients using insurance.
Late Appointments
Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate appointments that are more than 15 minutes late. Appointments exceeding the 15-minute grace period may be considered a missed appointment, and the full out-of-pocket rate for the scheduled service may be charged.
